Spinwell is recruiting for a Commercial Contracts Solicitor for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS SOLICITOR
- Providing legal advice in relation to contractual and commercial estates matters
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and amending commercial contracts and commercial leases
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating collaboration agreements
- Routine contractual and procurement work
- Training delivery
- Assistance on complex contract management matters
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS SOLICITOR
- 5 years PQE in commercial contracts and estates matters.
