Spinwell is recruiting for a Catering Assistant/Kitchen Staff for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CATERING ASSISTANT/KITCHEN STAFF
You are responsible for the highest standards of personal cleanliness, hygiene and appearance. You are to comply with all Mess work instructions. You are responsible to the organisation for the highest possible standards of food preparation, production, cleanliness, and hygiene of equipment within your work area.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE CATERING ASSISTANT/KITCHEN STAFF
- Written and verbal English language abilities to a level that enables effective understanding of instructions and policy documentation, and proficient engagement with customers.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Able to work a variety of shift patterns.
