Pay Rate to Intermediary: £300 - £400 per day
Spinwell is recruiting for a Senior Property Surveyor for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF SENIOR PROPERTY SURVEYOR
- The requirement is for a senior property surveyor, full time to be working from the office in Victoria.
- This is a short term vacancy to undertake a large number of currently outstanding lease renewals.
- This will involve valuation of retail leases, negotiation of commercial rents, gaining internal approvals, instructing solicitors and seeing the matters through to completion of the new lease entered correctly onto the data base.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF SENIOR PROPERTY SURVEYOR
- This will require a candidate to be RICS qualified with experience in valuing leases, negotiation and managing matters through the legal channels.
- The individual must be MRICS qualified, have good experience of dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Good communication skills.
