Role: Full Stack Engineer
Contract Length: 6 months

Spinwell is recruiting for a Full Stack Engineer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FULL STACK ENGINEER
- Testing and deploying product updates.
- Identifying and resolving issues.
- Implementing integrations.
- Improving automation and monitoring.
- Provide team and project leadership to ensure standards are met.
- Work with developers and engineers to ensure that software development follows established processes and works as intended
- Maintain and update processes as required.
- Ensure personal and team workload is effectively managed, prioritised and issues are escalated to line management as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to required polices standards, controls and best practice.
- Create, maintain and review technical documentation to ensure all services are maintained and knowledge is shared.
- Proactively monitor DevOps environments to help prevent issues arising.
- Proactively drive continuous improvement across the DevOps pipeline.
- Assist in mentoring and developing the team.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE FULL STACK ENGINEER
- A Level 6 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline, or a lesser qualification with significant relevant and demonstrable previous experience.
- Nuclear Introductory Course
- System safety Awareness
- System Safety in Action (SSIA)
- Safety & Environmental Management (SEMT)
- 4 years’ experience in a maritime post.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of submarine specific structures.
