Pay Rate to Intermediary: Market Rate

Spinwell is recruiting for an Assistant Asset Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ASSISTANT ASSET MANAGER

  • Develop, maintain and analyse property data records to support the compilation of occupancy agreements and asset plans and effective decision making.
  • Under the direction and supervision of the Asset Manager, assist in the creation of new occupation agreements and varying of existing agreements, by; engagement with clients and client managers; instructing the Strategic Property Partner; review of cost estimates; creation of Heads of Terms.
  • Provide asset management support for the other members of the client’s South Region Property Team, as agreed by the Asset Manager
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and business representatives to understand and assist with the development of their requirements, and how these can be best accommodated within the overall aims and objectives of the client

 

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE ASSISTANT ASSET MANAGER

  • Relevant Public Sector Experience
  • Commercial Property Experience (Landlord & Tennant)
  • Understanding of Intra Government Occupancy Agreements
  • Strong Stakeholder Management & Communication Skills
  • Ability to understand and follow a budget
  • MRICS Desirable
