Spinwell is recruiting for a HR Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR OFFICER
Provide a professional HR service to managers, employees, schools and support senior HR staff to implement local HR delivery plans relating to HR Policy Development and Pay and Reward and translate business needs into people solutions to drive continuous improvement and ensure that the people needs of the Council are met.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE HR OFFICER
- Member of CIPD (MCIPD)
- Post qualification experience of working in an HR setting providing advice and guidance across a range of HR activities
- Underpinning knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes and related professional practices, employment law, case law, organisational design principles, local government conditions of service and pensions, ACAS standards etc
