Spinwell is recruiting for a Computer Operations Analyst for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMPUTER OPERATIONS ANALYST
To monitor and manage the ICT infrastructure & networks environment, both proactively and reactively ensuring service availability is maintained at a high level with limited outages.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE COMPUTER OPERATIONS ANALYST
- Knowledge of monitoring tools including Azure, ServiceNow, Solarwinds, SCOM & SCCM
- A proactive and analytical approach with a technical background of supporting on both premises & cloud services.
- An understanding of Microsoft Server technologies as well as knowledge of virtualisation.
- Knowledge of ITIL incident, event & access management processes and best practices
- Must have capability to travel to different locations across the Forces, partner sites and suppliers and undertake all assignments
