Spinwell is partnering with a leading blue-chip organisation to recruit an Organisational Development Specialist in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in shaping organisational structures and job frameworks within a globally recognised company.

About the Role

As an Organisational Development Specialist, you will be the company’s subject matter expert on organisation design, job architecture, job evaluation, and job description management. Reporting to the Superintendent of Rewards & HR Policies, you will be responsible for analysing and optimising organisational structures, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maintaining an effective job evaluation framework.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Organisational Design & Structure: Develop and maintain the company’s organisation structure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Job Evaluation & Design: Conduct job analysis, develop job descriptions, and evaluate roles using appropriate job evaluation methodologies.
  • Organisational Analysis: Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement within the company’s structure.
  • Impact Assessment: Assess how organisational changes impact efficiency and job roles, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Benchmarking & Metrics: Conduct external benchmarking and develop organisation effectiveness metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR and leadership teams to ensure best practices in organisational development.

 

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in Organisation Design and Job Evaluation, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Expertise in Job Evaluation Systems: Strong understanding of job grading methodologies and frameworks.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to conduct detailed job analyses and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Communication & Advisory Skills: Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and provide expert guidance.
