Role: Senior Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer
Contract Length: 6 Months with possible extension.
Location: Hybrid/remote working (within the UK only) for the foreseeable future, however, there
will be a need to join in team planning/collaboration sessions every 2-3 months in Edinburgh or Glasgow

Pay Rate to Intermediary: £458 per day

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT (PAM) ENGINEER
An experienced Senior PAM Engineer is required to support the IT Security function with the implementation of our PAM solution, as part of a wider roadmap of security improvements. Specifically responsible for implementation of the technical platform and adoption of the security controls associated with the management of Privileged Access Rights across the organisation.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SENIOR PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT (PAM) ENGINEER
- Detailed hands-on experience of IAM & PAM processes and solutions, preferably Delinea / Thycotic
- Experience of developing and implementing a full set of PAM capabilities and controls necessary for a modern business.
- Experience of working within an Agile project managed delivery
- End to end experience of delivering PAM programmes
- A focus on execution with the ability to work independently and initiating improvements; needs limited guidance from supervisor
- Experience of working with internal stakeholders, 3rd parties and managed service providers to deliver outstanding PAM solutions.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to quickly understand complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- A willingness to speak up and challenge the status quo to proactively help the organisation move forward
- A pragmatic attitude to focus on progress over perfection, iteratively improving security controls and services.
